All Sales Final
Due to the handmade nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging each item, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@trixiescreations.com within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.

Non-returnable Items
As each item is handcrafted, we cannot accept returns for reasons of preference, change of mind, or gift decisions. This includes all custom or personalized items. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All purchases made in person at craft fairs or markets are also final and non-refundable.

Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage or defect, you’ll be notified via email and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
